Introduction:

·         Company Background  short history or overview of the company or organization.

      

     Problem Statement  state the problems that are experienced and observed within the company related to the scope of your research proposal.

Example Problem :

o   Low income or profit due to human error in processing transactions, computing sales and handling inventory.

Objectives : the goals that you wanted to achieve in the research time frame, it should be SMART  -specific, measurable, realistic and time bounded.

·         General Objectives 

o    - the main objectives on how the problems will be solved :

·         Example : To develop and Online Sales and Inventory System to minimized or eliminate human error in processing transactions.   

·         Specific Objective :

o   To create a database file maintenance system for product and inventory.

Scope  and Limitation :

Scope : The Online sales and Inventory System has database file maintenance system for product and inventory, it will be use to monitor the sales and inventory, it will produce reports such as sales and inventory reports.

Limitation : The system will not implement the use of bar code reader.

Signifincance of the Study : who are the beneficiary of the system? What are the benefits to them?
