Database is a collection of data where all files are somewhat compressed to manage the file easier. However, it could be a huge disadvantage for example you have two or more branches of your business going on. Online Databases are hosted on many websites but some of them may require a payment or monthly subscription. But nowadays Online Databases are now called as Cloud storage. Cloud storage is accessed via the internet. It is a collection of networked computer hardware’s to provide the services. You can’t physically touch the hardware it is storing in but you have fully control of it virtually. The other advantage of cloud storage is you can’t just store the database but it also accepts e-mails, music, photos, calendar, contacts and many more. And you can store your files from any device. So the cloud storage works in three steps first the device upload, second the master control data server and third the cloud. So first is the device upload, cloud storage does not require a specific hardware to store your files. You can store your databases and other important files on the go in your smart phone or you can use third party applications. The second is master control data server, so this is where your files and databases arrive after you upload the in the cloud storage. The master controls data servers are situated in a data center owned by a cloud hosting company and copies your files and sends them to the other servers just in case your file is delete or the server itself is deleted. And the last is the cloud itself, all your files are stored across many machines in different locations and whenever you need them you can seamlessly get your file via the internet. But the great disadvantage in this is once your cloud account is hacked or the cloud itself gets hacked all your personal files are no longer personal.
Database is like the storage, and they organized the attached storage to use on a computer. This is the information to was kept in database, just like people who got the data in storage. Example the iCloud or drop box, they sharing the data to the people who got collect the data. Like I said, database is the information. All information can have collected from the storage, it’s a system to store the information or records who received the data and it helps to manage. Using that (online databases) we can easily find and look the data in different ways, for me it’s great and helpful. Like finding a records or form is time wasted, time are consumed for their allocating the data and putting it in a spreadsheet.

And lastly conflicting requirement can be handled. Conflicting requirements are a sign of big trouble. You couldn't possibly satisfy doing two at the same time. So, database allows getting the users to choose what goes in, and they get to change their minds making it more easily distinguished.
